Shipping Policy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make address changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Any delivery-related issues, including lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages, must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier by filing a claim using your tracking information.
