All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our handmade products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
- If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Better Than Roses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-related delivery issues.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please email your order number and a clear photo of the item received within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Right to Refuse Service
Better Than Roses reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, refunds, and service at our discretion. We may discontinue communication and refuse service to individuals who engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, or unsafe behavior.
